Bill Fleishman
As Cone’s president, Bill Fleishman combines 20 years of rich consumer product and branding background with expertise in marketing communications. In his role as president, Bill leads the overall strategy and development of integrated product and service offerings and manages Cone’s creative services and new media capabilities. As head of the Brand Marketing discipline, he provides strategic counsel for the agency’s key consumer brand accounts, including Jiffy Lube International, Yoplait, ALPO and Nestlé Waters. |

Marie O'Neill
Marie O’Neill has been a member of Cone’s finance team for more than 10 years. As CFO, Marie is responsible for overseeing and managing all of Cone’s financial affairs from planning, budgeting and reporting, to accounts payable and accounts receivable. She was the recipient of the 2008 Omnicom Financial Leadership Award. |

Mike Lawrence
As CRO, Mike Lawrence, an Emmy Award-winning former journalist, is responsible for leadership on reputational issues arising from client business across agency practice areas, as well as for providing direction on such issues for Cone itself. As EVP, Mike helps set strategy for Cone’s Crisis Prevention & Management and Corporate Responsibility disciplines. Mike also serves as a member of the agency’s senior leadership group. |

Craig Bida brings more than 20 years of experience spanning the private, public and nonprofit sectors – successfully partnering with companies, government agencies and nonprofits to drive business growth, while addressing pressing societal needs. As an executive vice president and head of Cone’s Cause Branding and Nonprofit Marketing disciplines, Craig is responsible for setting the vision for the future of the two disciplines, as well as acting as a strategic advisor for key clients. |

Liz Gorman
Liz Gorman is a senior member of Cone’s corporate responsibility discipline with more than a decade of CR-related experience. She complements Cone’s team with her strong blend of strategic communications and program management experience in the areas of corporate responsibility (CR), community and environmental affairs, public affairs, public relations and cause branding. Since joining Cone in 2007, she has led account teams for Starbucks, CVS Caremark, eBay, EMC, Nestlé Waters North America, Johnson & Johnson and Campbell Soup Company, among others. |

With Cone for over two decades, Cici Gordon has worked on projects in all of Cone's disciplines, and led teams for a broad array of clients. As the head of the Crisis Prevention & Management discipline, she conducts risk assessments, develops risk mitigation plans, creates crisis response protocols, builds and facilitates media and crisis training programs and crisis simulation exercises and provides issue and crisis management counsel and support for clients, including Ben & Jerry’s, CVS Caremark, General Mills and Nestlé Waters North America. |
